In July 2015, Sias Group established the K-12 Basic Education Development Research Center, using the international resources of Sias University to introduce the mature K-12 education system of the United States aiming at helping the international development of basic education in Henan.

The Sias K-12 Basic Education Development Research Center continues the “Sias” brand features: “Boya Education” and “East Meets West”. Focus on the development of students’ personality, encouraging the students to explore themselves, creating Independent Thinking, Creative Thinking, and Critical Thinking.

The Sias K-12 Basic Education Development Research Center currently has two entities, Sias International Kindergarten-Qingyu Campus and One World Campus. The brand export project is also underway or negotiated with broad development prospects. The introduction of the US K-12 education system enhances the concept of Sias education brand, which also indicates that Sias will bring more comprehensive international education resources to Henan.

Sias International Kindergarten One World Xinxiang Campus

Sias International Kindergarten focuses on children’s psychological construction, emotional development, physical literacy, social awareness, cognitive path and speculation, leadership, interpersonal communication, teamwork, artistic aesthetics and other aspects to cultivate children in all-round development. All courses are independently developed by Sias Education Group and taught by professional Chinese and foreign teachers.

Sias International Kindergarten follows the concept of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, a globally recognized preschool education authority: Early childhood institutions should meet all young children and adults (including parents and staff involved in the early childhood education process). And the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of managers, promote the development of all members, provide a supportive environment for young children, and make young children a healthy, intelligent, and contributing member of society; NAEYC members accept the guidance and assessment of their evaluation criteria.

We also accepted the full-time certification training of HIGH SCOPE in the United States, following the “high-vision” teaching philosophy and strategy in the aspects of child routine, teaching environment, teaching materials, curriculum evaluation and teacher role transformation. With the service, the teacher completes the transformation of the self-supporting environmental elements and truly realizes the teaching and learning.

The introduction of the American original The Leader in Me course, through self-recognition, knowing, self-management, self-leadership, the development path of children’s leadership, cultivating children with the characteristics of “internationalization” and “academicism”, preparing for “achieving self-lead and creating a wonderful life.”

Xinxiang, boasting a long history, has the vestiges of Yangshao and Longshan cultures. The 6th year of Sui Dynasty, i.e. 586 A.D., saw the establishment of Xinxiang County. Many important historical events took place here, such as, Muye Fighting; the famous politician Zhangliang’s assassinating on the king of Qin Dynasty; and Chenqiao Mutiny which led to the beginning of Song Dynasty. Xinxiang served as the capital of Pingyuan Province since August 1949 to April, 1952.

Xinxiang, locates in the economic and geography center, energy base center, and intensive population center in China. The advanced transportation network makes Xinxiang the foreland which accepts the industrial transfer from eastern China to the central and western regions. Moreover, it will be the centre of the grand domestic consumption market.

Xinxiang rides on the water systems of the Yellow River and Haihe River. The plains take up 78% of its whole area. At present, the capacity of the reservoir is 199 million m3. The Yellow River runs about 170 km and cover an area of 4558 km2 in Xinxiang . It is the production base of electricity in Central China. The present installed capacity is 1700 megawatt. With good natural conditions and fertile land, Xinxiang is the main production area of grain and cotton, the state production base of high-quality wheat, and the production and processing base of the animal husbandry in Henan Province.

There are 105 scientific research institutes in Xinxiang, including 3 state-level research institutes. (China Research Institute of Radio wave Propagation, Farmland Irrigation Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Precise Copper Tube Project Research Center of Chinese Academy f Sciences) Xinxiang has more than 120 project(enterprise) research centers of all levels, and has nearly 130 thousand technicians of all fields and levels. With 7 colleges and universities, Xinxiang ranks second in college’s number in Henan Province just after Zhengzhou. There are 141.8 thousand existing students.

With a long history and splendid culture, Xinxiang has gained the honor as China Excellent Tourism City. Up to now, there are 46 cultural relic protection units and 60 national and provincial scenic spots Mineral Resources–Up to now, more than 20 kinds of minerals have been discovered and explored in Xinxiang. Baligou Scenic Spot is famous for its charming falls and lakes, and for the perfect combination of green mountains and clear water.

As the center city of Rising Strategy of Central China. Xinxian lies in the No. 107 highway from Beijing to Shenzhen, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, the Daqing-Guangzhou highway, Jiyuan-Dongming highway and Xinxiang- Lingchuan Express. The 2nd Yellow river Bridge Highway has been put into operation. The 3rd and 4th ones are being planned. Beijing-Guangzhou and Taiyuan-Shijiugang railways cross here.

Henan Xinxiang Economic Development Zone with planned area of 30 km2, is a comprehensive industry zone which has three main industries of medicine, chemistry, and machinery manufacture. More than 35 enterprises have settled down in this park.

Job Description

Hiring 4 qualified Kindergarten Teachers late August of 2020.

1. Providing a teaching environment of English listening and speaking.
2. Daily communication within the class—teaching/activities.
3. Participate in creating and conducting classes with different themes.
4. Work with English teaching assistants to make everything in order.
5. The formulation of English project files.
6. Participate in and contribute to weekly class meetings& weekly/monthly teaching and research conferences.

1. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.
2. Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures.

Requirements
