Job Description:
The position requires relocation to their university in Central China. Work closely with the Athletic Director and the head coach of the Basketball team.
Duties:
- Lead team practices and individual workouts.
- Scouting and preparing for opposing teams by analyzing opponents’ games on video and sharing insights with our team.
- Review recent game video footage to identify our problems and suggest improvements.
- Creating team offenses and implementing different defensive strategies.
- Individual player evaluations and implementing workouts, diet, and rest to improve players.
- Lead the team in travel to participate in tournaments.

- Bachelor degree or higher required.
- 2+ years collegiate or professional basketball experience preferred.
- TEFL certificate or similar certificates preferred (can get after job offer)
- Mandarin proficiency preferred. Free Mandarin courses are offered for those wanting to improve your spoken or written Chinese language.

Financial Compensation:
- Salaries start from 7,500-12,000 RMB ($1150-1875 USD) a month depending on degree attained.
